Prepares presentations to effectively represent services offered
conducts tours for key referral sources.
prospects and interacts with existing client relationship with current and prospective referral sources to market
Phoenix House services.
Integrates both traditional off-line referral engagement with online/digital executions
that are in alignment with the regional business strategy and focus on Phoenix
House s full continuum of patient care
Builds, advances and maintains referral relationships
(including but not limited to hospitals, mental health providers, social
workers, insurance providers/companies, community groups, etc.) throughout Florida.
acquisition strategies and referral outreach plans to attract and secure
private insurance patients and a diversified payer mix.
correlate, & analyze data and assemble information from CRM to facilitate
increased sales growth through regular updates to management
a specific amount of referral and admissions monthly to meet established goals.
+ + REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Public Relations.
Degree in Social Work or related
Applicable experience may be
substituted for degree.
Minimum three (3) years related experience in a substance abuse or mental health environment
Experience with private insurance and self-pay patients
+ Must possess a
state driver s license with no restrictions and meets all requirements of
facility vehicle policy
+ Knowledge of
12-step recovery programs preferred
skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks of varying
difficulty and complexity so that deadlines are met and schedules are
with an ability to work independently and under pressure
+ Utilize strong
attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication
discretion in handling details of confidential nature
+ Ability to work
with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
