**We re looking for a Cobrands Marketing PMO and Control Lead to join our world-class team**
As a part of the US Cobrands Acquisitions team, the Project Management Officer (PMO) will be responsible for forecasting, supporting business analysis, planning, as well as communicating results to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. The Cobrand acquisition PMO will also ensure marketing adherence to business and regulatory controls, and improving team quality assurance

+ Partner with channel marketing teams to support the development of acquisitions plans for Cobrand products and manage monthly forecasts (FYF) and analysis for Cobrand acquisitions group
+ Develop and maintain monthly dashboard to report on actuals vs. plan, channel performance, trends, upcoming strategic initiatives, and aid in development of future strategies. Design sharing sessions on test and learn strategies across Cobrand teams to establish new opportunities for rollout or further testing
+ Manage process and approvals on Cobrand program guardrails, PERA, and budget optimization, innovating where possible (i.e. improving targeting or introducing tests) to ensure buy in from cross-functional partners (Risk, Decision Management, Finance, and Product) so campaigns can be executed
+ Act as single point of contact to manage processes across Cobrand team and educate Cobrand partners on rationale and business impact of cross-product initiatives. Work across organization and with external partners to ensure team has tools to execute marketing campaigns. Work closely with Citi internal partners on enhancements to processes needed by Cobrand team
+ Oversee day-to-day operations related to adherence to regulatory controls. Lead team in implementation of compliance deliverables (audits, procedures, etc.)
+ Coordinate the needs and direction from Citi control groups to organize implementation across all cobrand partners. Build business rationale for Cobrand partners and manage internal communication and reporting. Educate Cobrand partners and their internal teams on restrictions, privacy rules, and reporting
+ Develop Cobrand Risk Criteria and increase transparency and accountability with partners on targeting/suppression criteria. Reevaluate criteria where necessary and expand marketable universe where possible. Develop and communicate all status or changes to strategies to internal compliance council
+ Lead adherence of face to face and sales practice marketing practices across cobrand channels (i.e. in store/warehouse, phone sales, lounge agents, etc ). Individual will work across the organization to design programs, and controls to ensure message, offer, and product accuracy is implemented and monitored. This would include mystery shopping, identifying outliers, remediation of accounts, and reporting on controls across Cobrands. They would also design procedures and practice around control plans to minimize further improper or misrepresented sales practice
+ The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing (email, site, external affiliates, mobile), be a self-starter who is able to be strategic and dive into the details while juggling and coordinating multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously.
+ Bachelor s degree with a minimum 3-5 years of marketing and analytical experience across the finance industry, functions, and businesses
+ Proven success in a partner-focused environment and with process improvement projects and control projects.
+ Must be capable with reporting, P&L models, and functional analytic tactics
+ Drive results with accountability and affect change; proven time and task management competencies with a strong attention to detail.
+ Strong process and control skills; ability to build support and consensus
+ Strong project management experience combined with strong partnership, interpersonal, and verbal communication is required
