Citi Associate to join the Existing Card Member campaign management team focused on execution and deployment of our omni channel marketing programs. Position will manage special project requirements, marketing campaign specifications development, waterfall evaluation and manage and implement cross channel strategies. The Database Marketing Analyst will also provide insight-driven recommendations to enhance strategies and drive synergies across the organization, and will work with the Marketing Information Management team to evaluate and scope out desired marketing initiatives and determine testing and/or sizing of campaign initiatives. Position is responsible for working closely with Senior Management/Director/Supervisors on all group level recommendations.

Marketing Campaign Execution:
Size opportunities and audiences for Marketing using SQL as well as campaign decision tools.
Troubleshoot and investigate data issues that may arise and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build , execute and distribute marketing campaign related reports.
Audit marketing campaigns to ensure specifications have been implemented properly within campaign tools.

Manages multiple channels within one or more functional specialties
Educate marketing partners on new toolsets, and help develop and implement best-in-class customer centric campaign strategies.
Provide insight driven recommendations to enhance strategies and drive synergies across the organization.

Strong working knowledge base in quantitative and analytical techniques including report analysis, association rules, timeline and task plan analysis and visualization techniques.
Experience driving data analysis and provides results to Business Partners.

Primary liaison with the Marketing Segment Managers, Decision Management, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful project completion.

2-4 years of experience in database marketing role, preferably in financial services
2-4 years strategic business analysis; aptitude in displaying and communicating data analysis and results within a CRM focused environment
Experience with Direct marketing of credit card offers preferred. Understanding of legal, regulatory environment and experience within a highly controlled environment preferred.
Experience with consumer lending or 3rd party marketing preferred.
Experience with digital marketing and vendor management prefered.
Acumen working in a technical environment to solve business related problems. SQL required and SAS experience is a plus.
