Qualified candidates should be willing to work at New York, NY Number of Positions: 1 The ideal candidates will possess the following: Project Details: Required: Selected candidate must have Strong Demandware experience within E-commerce domain and has ability to set up design and code review checklist, standards and process aligning with the Client Architect. Good experience with Demandware Implementation and to work closely with appropriate Client personnel in coordinating all required Client resources Coordinate with the Demandware team whenever required Assign and manage Client resources who will assist in transitioning relevant knowledge to Vendor team Facilitate appropriate user sign off of deliverables Works with Technical Lead and involved as an Architect in adopting best practices, reviews and optimization within the project. Works with Technical Lead and Architect for resolving issues impacting delivery. Performs Release Planning Owns the release plan and communicates release goals (Internal/External) Perform the below Agile activities along with the Vendor Demandware Technical Lead and Technical Architect at onsite
Facilitate the sprint planning session in the beginning of the sprint with capacity discussions, selection of stories, confirmation of estimates, decomposition of stories into tasks, task estimation, and finally commitment. Facilitate the daily standup, ensuring that all team members make a contribution to that meeting, taking note of impediments mentioned Facilitate Retrospective meeting at the end of every sprint. Facilitate estimation meeting Ensure that the team follows the methodology framework explained in this document as closely as possible to avoid an increase in delivery risk Benefits include: Medical, Dental
