We are seeking a Digital Director to join our growing team on a full-time basis!
Strategic planning, development, and refinement of marketing plans inclusive of promotional tactics
Apply evolutionary and revolutionary ideas and concepts to take our digital solution offering to the next level
Build a team of like-minded professionals who stop at nothing short of excellence in the pursuit of customer service and fulfillment
Lead solution architecting meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting digital strengths but with omni channel approach
Accurately maintain client's budget and account profitability
Construct a training program customized to various positions within the organization which enhances knowledge and excitement for all things digital
Client management experience, including proven strategy design and planning skills
Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to respond to feedback and synthesize complex information from multiple sources, translating it into creative and successful marketing campaigns
Active engagement and participation in meetings and dialogues
Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience presenting.
Ability to work strategically with external partners and internal teams at all levels of the organization to identify and meet business goals
Plan, manage and execute the overall product launch and promotional campaign content calendar ensuring all deadlines are met
Research and Design, introduce new products and promotional campaigns and creative content strategy.
Analyzing digital metrics reporting findings and recommend to internal stakeholders
Ability to respond to feedback
Broad knowledge of web content development, digital publishing, email and social media best practices
Experience managing many vendor relationships in a rapidly evolving landscape
Must have knowledge of privacy law and other legal issues
Able to travel as needed
Education and Experience:
BA in communications, journalism, marketing or equivalent field
10+ years of agency or in-house experience working with a national and/or international digital brand
5 years digital experience
Experience with at least one of these, and an understanding of the rest: Agency Trading Desk (ADT), Demand-Side Platform(DSP), Sell Side Platform (SSP), or Data Management Platform (DMP)
