Come be a part of it!We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, creative and strategic-minded Product Marketing professional to join our Product Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing within the Product organization. 5-7+ years experience in Product Marketing strongly preferred, especially within the ad tech or digital space.As a Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for MediaMath products. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Director you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.This role will engage regularly with key stakeholders including Product leads and leadership, the Commercial, Engagement and Account teams, MediaMaths Marketing team, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure messaging is aligned across the Product organization and all other divisions, toward the goal of a cohesive and client-centric narrative. The role is primarily focused on the North America market, but also supports MediaMaths global teams and clients as needed.ResponsibilitiesDevelop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in market, and equips our Client Success Organization with a benefits-driven narrative for how our products solve client challengesSales Enablement: Communicate the value proposition of our products to the Commercial, Engagement and Account teams, and to external clients and partnersInspire creativity in the team to engage with internal and external audiences in new ways.Contribute significantly to ongoing creation of the Product Roadmap by understanding market trends, client demands, product adoption rates, revenue goals and moreBuild materials to support the selling and ongoing usage of our products, from presentations to case studies to training decks (this role is not responsible for client-specific pitches, however)Manage planning and execution of product launches, and managing the cross-functional implementation of the planWork with Product leads on offerings already in-market, to increase usage, ensure best practices are being used, and ensure customer questions are being answeredMarket intelligence be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to out-compete themAssist with branding and naming, and ensure consistency of terminology across the orgEnsure that all relevant teams across the organization are kept informed of Product activity, by compiling and distributing comprehensive communications and documentationCollaborate with Marketing team on planning and executing publicity and thought leadership initiativesBuild strong relationships with all stakeholders; understand differing viewpoints and needs of each to ensure organization understands and adopts new products and releasesThis is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
