Hydra Acquisitions is in need of an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to execute direct marketing initiatives and provide support to our management team. Daily activities include identifying consumer trends and solutions, implementing marketing programs to increase client exposure to its target audience, and coordinating ongoing campaign efforts. Given success in individual projects at entry level, this position will also have the opportunity to assist in managing new territories, creating training materials, and to oversee a team within our marketing department. The goal of the Entry Level Marketing Coordinator is to ensure that our clients brands are recognized as industry leaders through increased revenue, brand awareness and increased market share.
Entry - Level Responsibilities:
Responsible execution of daily tasks surrounding product and service promotional events for assigned clientele
Monitor and communicate market and industry trends, consumer feedback, and adjust the campaigns accordingly with our teams.
Collaborate with other teams to map territory, game plan, and launch marketing plans.
Ensure a seamless sales process through effective marketing and promotional tactics.
Represent client brands to potential customers at promotional events.
Implement marketing strategies to achieve significant increases in brand awareness and, in turn, client sales.
**Please note that this is not a door-to-door, business-to-business, digital, or social media marketing position. We are looking for someone to help with our clients direct marketing needs.
This position receives full, paid training to ensure the success of this individual on our team.
Entry - Level Requirements:
1-3 years of experience and/or degree in marketing, sales, promotional events or related duties preferred.
Exceptional communication, listening and networking skills.
Fast and effective decision-making abilities.
Ability to complete duties and multi-task in a busy environment
Self-motivated, proven leader
