We prioritize creative thinking and take pride in what we do. We're growing, and seeking an Account Coordinator in the client services department.
What you'll do
The Account Coordinator is the information hub within the agency, responsible for flawless project management and facilitating collaboration between agency teams. The AC's main focus is to oversee the basic account support functions for the Account Management Team and to drive the internal processes that result in world-class creative output. In your role, you will:
Support Account Executives and Account Supervisors in all aspects of day-to-day management of client projects
Develop and maintain project timelines and finances with producers, media teams and the account lead
Traffic creative internally and with appropriate external partners
Maintain weekly status documents and organizational support for all projects
Quality control in all work that leaves the agency
Become an expert on the clients' business and industry; and be a valuable resource for internal teams
Ensure all aspects of the internal creative process run smoothly, including team time sheet completion, opening and closing of jobs and generating estimates
Support client presentations

Bachelor's degree required
Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
Process-oriented with an attention to detail
Strong ability to multi-task with a proven ability to efficiently manage quick-turnaround projects
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
Relevant internship experience within the marketing/advertising industry
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Must be able to follow through on assignments with a sense of accountability
