Intern, Talent & Industry Relations - LA
**Type of Position**
Interns for the Talent Relations Department will work alongside the employees in the department in booking and managing the guest talent during their visits to the Sirius studios. All interns will be responsible for greeting guests, managing the schedules of visiting artists, ensuring that all appropriate content is collected during their visits. Additionally, interns will aid in booking guests on various talk and music channels, coordinate schedules and logistics with managers and publicists and maintain legal and archival paperwork for the Talent Relations Department.
Requirements: - All candidates must be able to maintain an air of professionalism in high-stress situations. Must be driven, efficient, responsible, and able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Must have a desire to learn about booking, scheduling and artist management.
Preferred Technical Skills: - Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Goals and
-Opportunity to develop great working relationships with industry contacts both within and outside of SiriusXM, managing artist schedules with managers and publicists
- Familiarization with the artist booking process, the facilitation of specialty content with programming & structures of media company
- Event management & execution skills; working with A-list talent.
