Position Summary: The Account Executive position serves as the client services contact for franchise marketing program clients. Exceptional client relations, accurate project management, and the knowledge of digital advertising programs contributes to the success of this role.

Assure the onboarding of new client accounts and management of current client accounts
- Lead kickoff calls and be proactive in answering and following up with clients
- Manage documentation of client accounts via project management and CRM systems
Engage in proactive and informative on-going client communication
- Consistent client communication for updates on campaign performance and content information gathering
- Comfortable stature on conference calls and professional email correspondence
- Immediate reactive communication skills as needed for client issues
- Building and owning the client relationship
Serve as the liaison between the client and the internal production staff
- Work with internal teams to assure that campaigns are correctly set up and launched
- Coordinate activities within the program to all departments involved
- Work with client to assure branding and messaging is aligned across the board
Have a foundational understanding of digital marketing activities including display advertising, pay-per-click advertising, social media efforts and lead generation initiatives
- Ability to understand conversions and speak professionally about them, as well as how all digital aspects relate to a positive campaign
- Provide insight and work with digital team to confirm conversions are reaching maximum capabilities
- Ability to position the agency as an expert by accurately understanding the program services provided and their importance to the goals of the client
