The Marketing Admin supports the COO who is responsible for all divisions of the company including all marketing. The COO's team maintains the office operations, supports other Executives and executes marketing functions.
Assists in maintains websites, blogs, social media, photography, copywriting, running e-commerce websites and award submissions
Assists the Marketing Coordinator in all aspects of business development, RFP's, graphic needs and administrative needs for the Company
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation.
Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile.
Serves employees and customers by performing back up receptionist duties; answering questions; forwarding messages.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Impeccable writing and grammar skills
Knowledge of Photoshop and Graphic Design a plus

Educational Requirements: Bachelor s Degree
Software: Microsoft Office
Experience: 2 Years of Applicable Experience (Minimum)
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm; Friday 8:30 am 12:30 pm (overtime may be required as directed)
Physical Requirements: Work from corporate office 40 hours per week during normal business hours. Lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to drive daily.
