We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate marketing related projects from conferences, tradeshows, technical seminars, and user group meetings, to website updates, e-mail campaigns, social media updates, simple graphics updates.
Other tasks include preparations of reports related to lead generation, social media, SEO and SEM campaigns, and digital downloads.
The ideal candidate has the ability to switch tasks and priorities at a moments notice and has the flexibility to jump in and support our Marketing Team to successfully complete campaigns, marketing related projects, and events.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project management: schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items
E-mail campaigns: draft e-mails, manage review process, schedule and track performance
General marketing campaign tracking
Event support: research vendors and venues, requests quotes, travel arrangements, registrations
CMS updates for events and workshops, including post event postings
SEO/SEM support: prepare ranking reports, lead tracking
Social media: content updates on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+
Support ETAP reps in local marketing activities: material requests, provide marketing material, collect and catalog localized collateral
Promotional items management: request quotes, manage production, quality check, billing
Intranet & ExtraNet: assist in updating sites with latest marketing content
Internal digital signage: update with event reviews, visitor announcements, corporate news
Collateral: manage inventory, material requests, invoicing
Presentations: Assist in collecting and updating coproprate, event and product presentations
Print Advertising: assist in creation of media plan, manage deadlines and ad creation
Assist with media contact management and research
Marketing accounting: track expenses, compile monthly statement, update budget
CRM contacts and leads review and updates, prepare monthly lead generation report
Demo Download weekly report preperation
Marketing/sales call campaigns and phone follow ups
Monitor blogs and forums and post with help of content managers
Industry paper and article research, finding papers and articles related to ETAP s markets
3-5 years marketing/marketing communications experience
Detail and deadline oriented
Experienced working with project management tools, Jira, MS Project, Google Projects
Strong focus, organization and project management skills
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Critical thinking, problem solving and analysis is a must
Communication skills: proficiency in verbal and written communication
Interpersonal skills: capability to work in a team environment, meeting and collaborating with a variety of departments and team members
Working experience with CMS required
Familiarity with Google Analytics tools to effectively measure visibility and performance
Expert level of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge with Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM
Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
BS/BA required in marketing, communication or related field, and 2-3 years working marketing experience.
BS in electrical engineering a plus
