Who we need
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to create and support our B2B marketing programs and to become our in-house multicultural marketing expert. If you have at least 5 years of experience in corporate marketing or with an advertising agency, leveraging digital, social and traditional marketing skills, a track record of tangible results, and an entrepreneurial mindset, this may be the position for you. This is a great opportunity to prove your capabilities by building a world-class marketing program in a fun and exciting environment.
What we need you to do
Work with the leadership team to build a marketing discipline within the company supplemented by external resources
Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with sales strategies
Implement and track success of Marketing & Social Media and PR campaigns
Support proposal creation
Participate in sales presentations as our multicultural marketing expert
Coordinate creation of content for articles, blogs, white papers, brochures, etc.
Coordinate the creation of content and delivery of webinars
Manage our participation in events, such as trade shows and special events
Coordinate SEO/SEM programs
Manage marketing content knowledge database
What we need you to have
Multicultural marketing work experience
Minimum five years B2B marketing experience
Track record of finding and working successfully with outside vendors / creative
Healthcare industry experience (not required but extremely beneficial)
Bilingual in Spanish (not required but a huge asset)
Knowledge of social media platforms and a desire to stay abreast of social media trends
Clear, concise communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Seeks to understand before making decisions
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Exceptional work ethic, strategic vision and the ability to deliver results
