SmartMeetings, an integrated media company in the B2B space covering the meetings, conventions and group business world, needs a well-rounded marketing manager to help us attract and retain both readers and clients. The marketing professional works with the Marketing Director and to create a strategy and then execute on it.
Marketing & Automation
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that include content marketing, emails, online ads, social media and landing pages to drive qualified leads to multiple lines of business
Understand and deploy action-based lead nurture programs to keep Smart Meetings top of mind in the meetings industry
Report and analyze email, landing page and overall campaign performance and adjust tactics to achieve peak performance
Assist in monthly tradeshow logistics to include contract fulfillment, registration, booth deliverables, shipping, sales coordination and post-event de-brief
Project manage the deployment of annual award programs including timelines, marketing deliverables, sales sheets and the lists and winners/trophy process
Implement and manage lead scoring and grading for each customer profile to deliver qualified leads to the sales teams.
Maintain customer data base (SFDC/Pardot) for accuracy with regular cleaning, categorizing and importing of contacts from other company systems and partner lists
Maintain CRM integrations (i e. Pardot, etouches and ON24) to ensure accurate field mapping, and the best user experience for sales teams and customers
Actively analyze database for new sales and marketing opportunities
Monitor Salesforce daily and assist as needed in training departments on how to use Salesforce including; handing leads, creating views and reports, mass emailing contacts and CRM best practices. ]
Develop and document internal Pardot best practices and train Pardot users
Manage marketing collateral and presentations for the sales team to include; brainstorming concepts with supervisor, updates, and creation.
Graphic Design skills are a plus but not required
Basic HTML and CSS
Photoshop and InDesign
Pardot or other marketing automation platform
