The job: Client Operations Department team members are responsible for managing the business and financial affairs of projects in accordance with client and agency requirements. The Production Business Manager’s focus within the department is to bid, estimate and make certain that client procurement guidelines are adhered to.
The PBM successfully manages positive relationships with collaborating vendors and internal teams, and ensures timely payments for approved production efforts. PBM’s also reconcile jobs, provide reporting as needed, maintain business and financial compliance for audits, help manage talent and licensing aspects of production, and negotiate art when necessary.
This position is integral and works with all Agency teams, particularly with Production, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance and Account.

Your skills: You have a Bachelor’s, at least 4 years of agency/production experience under your belt and a keen understanding of the creative process and how work gets created in a full-service Ad Agency. You should be able to articulate your ideas in a clear and confident manner to clients and team members. You should have ingrained organizational ability and a willingness to take initiative.
