Are you full of energy, curious, creative and ready for a role in a fast paced, SaaS based, high tech company? ClearCare is looking to expand our Sales and Marketing Operations team to help operationalize and scale processes to support our growing sales team in the US market.
As part of the Sales & Marketing Operations team you ll partner with our sales and marketing leadership teams to enforce our data strategy and improve processes to be more efficient. You will work with our core tools Salesforce.com (SFDC), HubSpot, DocuSign, Zuora, Microsoft/Google Office, Confluence, and other automation and content solutions to help manage accounts, opportunities, leads, contacts and sales/marketing content and to ensure our data is consistently accurate. You will also assist with improvement of overall lead to cash processes, territory changes, rules of engagement.
Your success will be measured by the timely and accurate execution of data cleansing and territory maintenance, as well as your ability to enforce policy and support the sales team to maximize efficiency. To achieve this, you ll need to be effective in building strong relationships and in managing multiple work streams to get projects across the finish line.
Govern the integrity of our Salesforce.com data and workflow to support lead to cash process.
Manage the deduplication and upload of all contact and account list purchases
Mass update and transfer of Accounts, Opportunities, Leads and Contacts in Salesforce.com
Maintain HubSpot and troubleshoot integration with Salesforce.com
Execute on administrative tasks across various responsibilities for marketing and sales
Apply the Rules of Engagement and other policies defined by our Sales and Marketing leadership.
Iterate on existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Support the sales team with ad hoc training and troubleshooting of core tools
Drive the rollout of new functionality in sales and marketing systems.
The right candidate:
Brings 2+ years experience in a Sales or Operations support role within a SaaS company
Demonstrates a strong attention to detail with a working knowledge of data entry and management-related methodologies
Is a self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative to complete tasks
Has a strong desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
Is able to identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend creative solutions
Possesses effective communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
Brings advanced experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Microsoft / Google Office. Experience with DocuSign, Zuora and other related tools is a plus.
Holds a bachelor's degree in a business related discipline
