SEM/SEO Specialist

Passionate and business-savvy Digital Marketing SEM/SEO Specialist is needed to manage the implementation, execution, reporting and optimization of internal and external search efforts including paid search advertising, search engine optimization, internal search performance, re-targeting initiatives, tag management and external vendor relations. The Specialist will report to the Director of Digital Product Management in our E-Commerce department.
General Responsibilities
+ Develop, execute, monitor and optimize our paid and organic search strategy
+ Monitor and report spend and performance of natural search as well as paid brand and non-brand search advertising including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Facebook, Google Shopping PLAs, and retargeting initiatives
+ Develop and maintain SEM/SEO reporting dashboards and KPIs, report on key metrics, and analyze and interpret trends demonstrating know-how of ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR and ROAS
+ Manage campaigns to KPI and budget targets
+ Identify areas of improvement, communicate actionable insights, and measure efficiency and effectiveness of different efforts looking at traffic, spend and ROI
+ Perform ad hoc analysis related to member acquisition
+ Work closely with our external SEM agencies and internal marketing teams
+ Manage marketing tags and pixels including overall strategy, implementation and reporting
+ Monitor internal site keywords and conduct hands-on optimization of underperforming keywords
+ Conduct market research to determine competitor and market influences potentially impacting our SEM/SEO strategies
Requirements
+ Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related field
+ 2-4 years in e-commerce businesses with experience running digital marketing campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini
+ Familiarity with search, bid management and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
+ Comfortable working with external SEM agencies as well as building SEM proficiency in-house
+ Familiarity with digital display advertising across social and ad networks
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Superb project management skills and attention to detail
+ Strong and persuasive communication skills and business sense
+ Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
+ Experience with responsive sites and mobile shopping behavior
