Role Responsibilities

·       Build revenue across agency relationships within GroupM

·       Support the commercial lead/ sales manager in driving new revenue/grow existing advertiser accounts within GroupM

·       Develop relationships with digital & media planners as well as agency account leads within GroupM agencies

·       Hold a deep understanding of allocated account motivators and strategies

·       Delivering presentations to allocated account teams to communicate new Grapeshot products and initiatives

·       Identify Grapeshot product training needs within account portfolio

·       Ensure all points of trading contact are fully engaged with the GSKW UI

·       Provide strategic vertical insight to client accounts

·       Work with the relevant Client services to deliver timely client solutions

·       Quarterly forecasting and tracking of key account revenues and activity

·       Identifying account growth opportunities and resources required to capitalise on them such as client-lead partner integrations

·       Escalation of technical issues inhibiting client activity to the engineering team

·       Attending external meetings with allocated account teams

·       Attendance of client entertainment and networking events as necessary

·       Overseas travel in line with business needs as required
