Manage graphics projects and lead/train staff; you will be a working lead who directs the work of others in the department but is also involved in all day-to-day activities in the department.
Collaborate & communicate with other departments on projects for scheduling, proofs and project specs.
Quality control for all projects
Installing and removing vehicle graphics, wraps and window films Vehicle and Substrate preparation
Proficient in applying large format graphics, weeding and applying cut vinyl in the shop or on site
Proficient with tools run printer and measurement tools.
Ability to complete installs in an efficient and manner without sacrificing quality of work
Ability to work as an individual or as a team player to meet customers installation needs
Supervise a team of two
Excellent communication skills
Must be proficient with Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop software s
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Occasional O.T. as needed
The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
HS Diploma or GED, must have a valid driver s license with clean record
Must be able to read and write English
