Administrative Assistant

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to support an executive strategic team of Beringer Capital, a private equity firm. Positioned squarely in the center of an ever-growing market, this work will be fast-paced, dynamic, and integral to the future success of the business. The ideal candidate provides professional, dedicated, and personable executive assistance.

Responsibilities include:

Executive Assistance to Chairman & Co-Founder 

  • Coordinates communication with internal and external constituents
  • Captures vital information from meetings and calls, produces subsequent documentation
  • Prepares presentations and documents by compiling information, drafting, formatting, and editing key materials
  • Researches individuals and companies within the space
  • Executes key projects as they arise
  • Maintains schedule and coordinates meetings and travel
  • Manages expense submission and executive’s key accounts (i.e. email accounts, travel accounts, residential accounts, social media accounts as needed)
  • Office assistance – greets executive’s guests, orders and maintains office supplies, binds materials, makes copies, oversight of shipping and mail

Assistance in sales and marketing initiatives

  • Oversees the execution of day-to-day business development systems and processes
  • Builds target lists
  • Tracks and reports daily and weekly metrics
  • Manages the entry and updating of Salesforce accounts
  • Runs Salesforce reports and manages reporting processes
  • Acts as a liaison between nation-wide staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of office administrative experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Well‐developed interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take initiative as needed with little direction
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities successfully and adapt to changing business needs
