Digital Advertising Campaign Manager

Are you passionate about digital media? Do you love developing digital advertising campaigns, brainstorming ad concepts, split testing, analyzing metrics, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI? If so, this is your dream job.

We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven, detail oriented online advertising professional to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across ad networks, paid email, paid search, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels.

You will work with the Advertising Director to drive online customer acquisition through digital campaigns. A successful candidate will have strengths in direct response marketing, display and social strategy, targeting methodologies, campaign optimization, bid execution, A/B testing and data analytics/evaluation.

This is an onsite position located in Allen, TX. We are not accepting remote applicants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, develop, and execute digital advertising campaigns

Increase traffic & revenue growth through the online advertising channels

Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities

Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach while lowering our acquisition cost

Collaborate with internal graphic designers and front-end developers when creative/technical needs arise

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas that set us apart from the competition

Monitor natural health industry trends and competitors approaches

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 to 5 years of digital advertising/online media buying experience

In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising channels and technologies including paid search (i.e. Google, Bing), native ads (i.e Outbrain, Taboola, Revcontent), email, retargeting, DSPs, social network advertising (i.e Facebook), etc.

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing

High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Highly analytical and data-driven

Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Direct response marketing experience is preferred

Experience in customer acquisition is preferred
