The ideal candidate is an expert in the direct-to-consumer and e-commerce marketing funnel for consumer products/CPG. In this role, you will manage and lead all digital growth efforts including Adwords, Facebook ad creative, email lifecycle, referral marketing, and web conversion optimization strategies to maximize retention metrics and increase customer acquisition. Prior team leadership experience is required, along with the ability to be hands-on with digital media activities. You will also collaborate with communications specialists to create branded, influencer blog/social media content. Additionally, you will test, track, analyze and report key performance metrics to key stakeholders. - 7+ years of digital marketing experience, direct-to-consumer, and e-commerce in health, fitness or CPG brands a plus
- Well versed in Google/Facebook ads, Adwords, Shopify, and various analytics reporting platforms
- Highly skilled at on-brand messaging and copy
- Strong ability to convey the visual identity of brands Someone with a “founder mentality” would thrive in this role.
- Familiar with health sub-niches such as Paleo, Vegan, Keto, etc.
