Digital Marketing Manager

Pacific Companies is a fully retained physician staffing firm located in Aliso Viejo, CA

We are looking for an organized marketing manager to join our team at Pacific Companies. The marketing associate will be responsible for developing new engaging campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue to our various digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be an SEO rock star, able to analyze marketing data and metrics. The marketing associate will also be involved in creating promotional events, compelling content, and traditional media strategies for print advertising. The candidate should have a background in marketing and experience with web analytics tools and applications, and well as marketing strategy.

Marketing Associate Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data in web traffic and rankings

  • Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics

  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events if applicable

  • Compile forecasting reports

  • Analyze market trends and competitors methods

  • Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals

  • Improve reach to customers through SEO campaigns

  • Assist in creation of SEO, content, and design strategies

  • Collaborate to generate digital and print advertising material

  • Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed

  • Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to senior leadership

    Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or statistics or relevant field preferred

  • 4-5 years previous experience as a marketing manager, marketing associate, or related position

  • Significant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and digital tools

  • Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, marketing technology applications such as web analytics and Google AdWords

  • Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently

  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of various CRM systems (hubspot, Salesfusion etc )

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
