Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Develop the digital marketing strategy and tactical delivery of all digital marketing efforts to drive new customers through a variety of channels, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, SMS, direct response, social media and display advertising
Develop, implement and monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to drive lead generation
Drive email nurturing and digital advertising campaign construction, execution and management to drive lead generation
Utilize best practices and knowledge of consumer behavior to maximize response.
Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance accordingly
Utilize analytics to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Oversee digital marketing metrics/budgets, tracking and analyzing of program success against targeted goals using KPIs
Create, test, measure landing pages to optimize user experience
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Marketing with an emphasis on Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior and Psychology.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
Experience in online advertising, web analytics and program measurement, including landing page optimization, A/B testing.
Hands on expertise with Google AdWords, Google Analytics implementation and customization
Extensive knowledge of web strategy, social media, online marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Experience marketing through platforms like Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, YouTube
Knowledge of direct response advertising (mail, radio, television) is not required but a plus
Graphic design and experience developing creative marketing content a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex calculations)
Working knowledge of basic web technologies (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, web platforms and browsers, APIs, CMS and CRM systems)
Focused on delivering smart and creative concepts that work for our customers
Self-directed, motivated and comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and decision making skills
Up to date with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
