As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and a memorable visit to one of Chicago s world-renowned venues. Additional duties include:
Ensure guests are properly greeted upon arrival.
Promptly address guest request.
Strong communication skills and ability to speak in front of a group.
Provide facility information and assistance to groups, families, tourists, and customers.
Listen to and resolve complaints.
Communicate with staff and guests.
Knowledge of Chicago history and local tourist activities.
