Creative and Digital Marketing Manager
Creative Design and Management
Oversee the development and delivery from creative brainstorming through final production.
Provide inspiration on a visual level; refine designs; lend a critical eye to all creative, structural and technical output.
Develop quarterly promotions and email campaigns in collaboration with Vice President of Sales.
Develop and design custom pages such as landing pages and content pages for all product types including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Create advertising campaigns for established and new development communities.
Assist VPSM with repositioning and re-branding of existing and newly acquired communities
Develop web ads for Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Develop and design slide decks and supportive materials for Family Nights, Professional and Lead Generating Events.
Develop written content for website, newsletter, blogs, press releases and other printed materials.

Lend passionate endorsement to new ideas, provide focused leadership and cultivate an environment of collaboration between and among the team members.

Manage all digital marketing channels and ensure brand consistency.
Develop, manage and execute the social media and digital marketing strategy for Sonata Senior Living and its communities focusing on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube and Reputation Management software-FIFO.
Create, post and monitor social media results.
Measure KPI s across all digital marketing channels.
Stay up to date with digital technology developments.
Manage all logos and branded materials and insure everyone is compliance with brand guidelines.
Develop key written communications for Senior Management.
Establish Timelines and oversee timely delivery of marketing materials.
Track and manage budgets and invoicing for the department.
Manage/Assist corporate sponsored special events and projects that enhance community engagement.
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in multimedia graphic design.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines including e-promos, new collateral development.
Proficient and experienced in Adobe Creative suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere.
Working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts to include principles and methods for promoting and selling of products and services.
Previous experience developing and maintaining company brand and image.
Experience with managing budgets.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of website conversion metrics.
Must have the ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time effectively.
High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics.
Professional communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associates.
Strong management skills and be ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Other duties as requested by the Vice President of Sales or Sr. Vice President of Operations.
