Marketing Support Specialist
The Marketing Support Specialist Candidate will collaborate with the organization s Sales & Marketing Team to ensure optimal profitability of all accounts, track key performance metrics in our internal reporting system, activate new accounts, provide regular client communication, and help new product launches.
You ll work directly with all levels of the team from Account Managers to the C-level to ensure the organization has the bandwidth to prospect, close, and profitably grow more accounts in an efficient manner. Additionally, you ll gather insights into our sales process and learn about affiliate marketing from a group of deeply experienced and successful entrepreneurs with an established track record.
The ideal candidate will be a highly driven, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Here is what you will be doing:
Manage sales tracking tools and reporting
Analyze and optimize accounts for maximum profitability on a weekly basis
Assist in the configuration and approval of new accounts
Develop strategies and methods to re-activate accounts that have become dormant
Regularly communicate with clients to provide new product information and sales tools
Develop approaches to help increase sales volume for each account
Cross-train with other marketing and sales team members to become proficient in client support across a variety of disciplines
2+ years prior experience in account management, client support or similar role
Well versed in Excel including pivot tables and other more advanced functions
Strong analytical skills along with ability to communicate findings with clients and managers
Disciplined work ethic and motivated to succeed
Business, Marketing, Sales degree or a related discipline or equivalent
Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
