The David H. Koch Center, opening in April 2018 at our NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell campus, will set a new bar in personalized outpatient care -- from diagnosis to treatment -- by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to provide the highest quality care and enhance the patient experience. This 750,000-square foot, multi-specialty treatment center is designed to accommodate the latest technologies and will feature many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patients' expectations in new ways.

In this state of the art center, the Patient Access Ambassador is responsible for setting the stage for an outstanding patient care experience. Seeking a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and technical skills set. You'll demonstrate trouble shooting, multitasking and problem solving skills regarding patient information for multiple practices. You'll register, schedule, and update our patients and provide support to optimize overall efficiency, a smooth flow and a superior patient experience. At the David H. Koch Center, you'll find a patient-focused, engaging, and supportive environment.

Preferred Criteria:

* Experience in a complex clinic setting and/or Patient Access Department

* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare

* Concierge Management

* Bilingual

Required Criteria:

* At least two years or more of customer service experience with focus in healthcare or hospitality

* High School Diploma or GED

* Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

* Superior customer service and communication skills

* Knowledge of mobile technology
