What we are looking for
2+ years experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of AdWords, Bing Ads.
Deep understanding of Doubleclick or equivalent software.
Ability to generate meaningful sales reports from online data.
Develop new visualizations to exposing digital marketing.
Working understanding of tracking pixels and online conversion data.
Graduated with an analytical degree, engineering, statistics, math, science.
Familiarity working with complex data.
Experience developing partnerships with third-party companies.
Comfortable and confident with the use of Scrum methodologies.
Ability to translate high level business requirements into tactical user stories that can be used by development
Good mix of both business and technical background to be able to effectively interact/assist with different teams.
Have a knack for understanding and working with quantitative data and technical products.
Highly self-driven, and passionate about working in a dynamic, exciting environment with smart people who have high expectations for both themselves and others.

What you will do
The PCO Online Marketing, Implementation Manager will work closely with our customer as well as our Product Implementation group to get the customer revenue. You will be responsible for developing the online marketing strategy from creative ideas, keyword selection, and campaign type to reporting on sales, and managing budgets. You will also work directly with our Marketing, Sales and Engineering teams to create best practices and ensure our technology is growing to meet our customers needs. This is a marketing role to generate sales, not just leads.
Develop a whole new marketing approach to online B2B sales.
25%Travel time expected. This time will be spent visiting and immersing into the customer s product line as well as their online marketing presence.
Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business to better implement marketing strategies.
Work directly with end customers to implement PCO methodologies and generate or augment their online marketing presence.
Take responsibility over customers online sales.
Generate daily reports detailing the daily and monthly revenue and spend.
Advise the customer on budget changes and campaign modifications to ensure more revenue.
Educate new and established customers about new functionalities, best practices and industry developments.
PCO Marketing Development
Define, create and share new PCO methodologies observed and learned in the field.
You ll work closely with (and report to) the Director of PCO Online Programs, Product and Engineering teams to help us move forward, recognize obstacles quicker and hit milestones.
Participate in daily Scrums and be an active member in our weekly/biweekly Sprints.
Actively become an expert in the white space that is PCO by codifying steps taken or ideas developed.
