Program Coordinator, Brand Team

The role

The Program Coordinator is a proactive problem solver and gifted multi-tasker with the ability to guide teams to success. The PC partners across the Brand Team to ensure that pieces of the internal and external communications and marketing programs are accounted for and connected and that the execution is fully aligned with the overall strategic intent.


The work you’ll do

-Support the creative process and workflow for anything from digital tools and videos to specialty print and large-scale events.

-Develop and manage workplans and production schedules for discrete deliverables, understanding what needs to get done and anticipating impact of deviations from the plan.

-Identify opportunities to enhance the workflow and communicate resource needs as they arise.

-Shift focus between the big picture and the smallest details seamlessly.

-Coordinate logistics and manage the QA process.

-Handle logistics related to the sale of SYPartners’ suite of physical products.

-Partner with a team of strategists, designers, and developers, as well as external partners including copywriters, photographers, printers, and videographers.

-Build a strong rapport with each team member and understand what motivates them to be at their best.

Qualifications

-Minimum 1-3 years of relevant marketing/program/account management experience with knowledge of the creative, digital or experiential process.
