Senior Partnership Development Manager

Senior Partnership Development Manager

We're hiring for a Senior Partnership Development Manager with digital advertising experience and a background managing strategic client accounts. To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong understanding of interactive media and online advertising from the publisher perspective as well as experience forging relationships with senior level clients. In addition, the right candidate will have a strong experience with digital analytics as well as the ability to apply creative thinking to drive actionable business goals. Help us grow our digital publisher partnerships, lead strategic planning and growth efforts, and be the client partner our publishers deserve as a part of the Jumpstart team

Jumpstart Automotive Media is a digital automotive marketing company that exclusively represents a portfolio of publishers, including Car and Driver, J.D. Power Autos, U.S. News Automotive and NADAguides.

Interested? Here is a rundown of the Responsibilities:

 

  • Own the development, communication and implementation of the strategic planning process for all assigned publisher partners

  • Develop and execute strategic, goal inspired initiatives to drive audience and revenue growth on assigned publisher sites

  • Manage the collaboration with Ad Operations, Product Development/Technology and Sales while supporting the Publisher partners unique value proposition and needs

  • Develop and optimize data based outlooks for client financial budgets, forecasts and revenue models based on key financial and audience analytics

  • Enhance creative solutions to advertiser requests and publisher site enhancements

  • Work with publishers to embrace best practices and recommendations on site redesigns, product development, content strategies, UX and other audience development initiatives

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, ad technology and measurement, competitive offerings to keep the publisher partners, and Jumpstart industry leaders

Now to check some boxes around Skills and Requirements:

 

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3 - 5 years Comprehensive Client Management or experience in digital media with a publisher’s business or Ad Operations, ad network or media company.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present analysis and results to stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze and apply data to business strategy and goals

  • Experience/Familiarity with Ad Servers like Doubleclick for Publishers and various web analytics tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Detail oriented and analytical problem-solving skills

  • A positive attitude, and a drive to improve
