Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, preferred7-10 years of marketing operations and marketing automation experienceAdvanced Marketo (or equivalent) proficiency. Marketo certification preferredExcellent communicator and team playerSystematic approach to problem solvingExcellent understanding of analytics, data and attributionComfortable using Agile methodology to deliver on workComfortable working with global stakeholders to drive resultsService-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
